For Andria, hairstyling has always been about more than finishing a look. It's the part of the beauty industry where creativity, fashion, detail, and connection come together.
The Story
A career built behind the chair. A heart drawn to styling.
Andria's interest in hair started early, alongside a broader pull toward fashion and the creative world around it. While in high school, she attended a summer program at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where exposure to fashion shows, photoshoots, and the creative side of the industry helped shape the direction she would eventually pursue.
She has worked in the hair industry since 2013, spending most of that time behind the chair in a traditional salon setting — building technical skill, working with a wide range of hair types and textures, and learning what clients actually need to feel confident.
Styling was always the part she was most drawn to. Muted Hair Co. is Andria intentionally focusing that experience on bridal, event, and editorial hairstyling — the styling-forward work she has always loved most.

Andria is drawn to the details — the shape of a style, the texture and movement of the hair, how it balances with an outfit or dress, and how it photographs from every angle. The goal isn't to copy an inspiration photo exactly; it's to adapt it thoughtfully, so the result still feels personal, polished, and like you.

From there, she adapts inspiration to your features, hair type, and event, and plans the details of timing and preparation in advance. On the day itself, her presence is calm and attentive, with the kind of care that comes from paying attention to the small things. The goal is always the same: a finished look that feels polished, intentional, and entirely your own.

Right now, Muted Hair Co. is focused on bridal hair and bridal party styling, along with event styling for rehearsal dinners, engagement photos, bridal showers, formal events, and branding or editorial shoots.
